Triplex Systems, Inc. has produced several new models of High Pressure Waterjet Casting Cleaning Centers that now provide complete coverage from the smallest medical device and jewelry cleaning centers to the largest casting cleaning centers for aerospace and IGT investment cast components. The TRX-500 Precision Cleaning Waterjet Casting Cleaning Center is a two station cleaning center for solid mold castings. TRX-500 features a miniature Model HC-500 Hydro-Clamp, a waterjet cutting can removal station and a waterjet cleaning station. The TRX-1275M is a large Waterjet Casting Cleaning Center, featuring the new Model HC-2000 Hydro-Clamp capable of clamping pouring cup remnants from 2” to 12” diameter with no adjustments required. With these new additions Triplex Systems, Inc., now offers the largest selection of standard Precision Cleaning Centers in the world.
